Sorry for not updating in quite some time. We have been extremely busy with LakePlace.com & LandBin.com. LandBin.com has been rising very fast in the major search engine results for Minnesota land for sale & Wisconsin land for sale – it is usually in the #3 position (and gaining fast) for both of these highly targeted phrases…it is very exciting and a lot of fun. Like I said in the past, we have some very big, very well financed competition out there…so our competitive juices are really flowing.
The main reason for this post is to let you know that Lots 5 & 6 in our Southern Minnesota river property development have just sold. The buyer found the properties on LakePlace.com and fell in love with the property. They purchased 2 lots and we have 10 left (you should take a look, they are all priced to sell).
We also listed about 10 new properties last week ranging from a $1M Crystal Falls MI lake home to $189k Bass lake home for sale – some really beautiful properties. You can see all of our listings by visiting the Prime Property section of LakePlace.com.
