We are going through the same thing with AOL. AOL has a stupid, stupid "SPAM" button on their email interface and people just click it instead of "delete". We get reported as SPAM for sending invoices and receipts!!! Can you believe that? And then we have other AOL customers who complain that we don't respond to their emails. Which of course we do but...they never get through. Sickening. I feel for you. We are going through the same thing with AOL.
