Now we are the first to admit that a huge majority of our visitors are coming from the major metro areas of Minnesota, Wisconsin & Illinois – and that is a good thing. Most (vast majority) vacation home buyers and renters do not travel more than 4 hours away (average is 220 miles according to the National Association of Realtors) from their primary residence.
On the other side of the coin – LakePlace.com does have a national audience – if someone “outside the region” is looking for Minnesota or Wisconsin lake homes, cabins, lake lots or vacation rentals – it is almost impossible to miss LakePlace.com. (Just try a search)
