You may have noticed these little icons on LakePlace.com. These icons (that we added today) allow visitors to save, bookmark & share any LakePlace.com page on del.icio.us, google bookmarks, yahoo myweb, or stumble upon.
My guess is that we will see some of our friends who run other real estate websites add these icons and options in the next week or two – we might even see some of the “big guys” add them in the coming weeks. I just wanted to call it before it happens.
It is always better to lead…always.
Anyway, if you haven’t used any of these services – you may want to give them (or at least one) a try…it is a great way to organize your bookmarks and you do not have to worry about which computer your favorites are saved on. If you try it, we think you’ll like it.

How have these worked out for you? I’ve had them on my to do list for a few months but will take the leap in my Blogger to WordPress conversion now that it’s July. Feedback?
So far, pretty well. We do have a pretty large user base (15-20k visitors per day) – and as you probably know, this “web 2.0″ stuff is focused on early adopters (less than 0.5% of Internet users) – but we have seen some results. I would recommend implementing it…it can’t hurt.
