Something in your post today raised a question about real estate advertising in general. The opening of your post says that you "...still have not found a buyer". However, at the end of your post you say "...and if you are interested, you better hurry". I read that and immediately questioned the urgency of the matter. Maybe adding the "you better hurry" is common place in the RE industry now. I always find that amusing... I love your blog and read it every time you have a new post.
