I love your blog and read it every time you have a new post. Something in your post today raised a question about real estate advertising in general. The opening of your post says that you “…still have not found a buyer”. However, at the end of your post you say “…and if you are interested, you better hurry”. I read that and immediately questioned the urgency of the matter. Maybe adding the “you better hurry” is common place in the RE industry now. I always find that amusing…

I should have said, we have had several interested parties contact us, but none have made their move…yet…so, “you better hurry.”
