Lake Vermilion is one of my favorite lakes in the world – I grew up in Northern Minnesota about 30 minutes south of Vermilion (Eveleth, MN)…and my dad still has a lake place on the “Big V.” When I think of Northern MN – the rocky shores of Lake Vermilion are the first thing to pop into my head.
Things sure have changed over the years – as more and more people visited the area, more and more people decided to buy – and prices have been going up for quite sometime.  Named one of the most beautiful lakes in the country by National Geographic, Lake Vermilion has become a highly sought after area. As one of my Lake Vermilion resort owner friends told me – if you want to get on Lake Vermilion – you better buy now! I agree.
