Before you jump in the car and head up north, make sure you do your homework. Many websites out there are full of up-to-date fishing reports for most of the popular lakes throughout Minnesota & Wisconsin. Spending an hour looking through these sites could make the difference between being skunked or a full stringer (we recommend catch and release). You will find forums and message boards where fishing enthusiasts will let you know what spots are hot and what spots are not – and you can let the world know how the bite was on your favorite lake.
